  1. Go to “My Templates.”
    In the left-hand sidebar, select Templates. Under “My Templates,” you’ll now see “Process Map Template” listed alongside any others you’ve saved. From here, you can: 

  2. Save Your Template Library. 
    After the template preview loads, look for the "Use Template" button at the top of the canvas. Click to import the process map template into your personal library of templates to continue editing and customizing.  

  3. Sign In or Sign Up  
    Open it for editing 
    Duplicate it for changes 
    Share it with teammates via a new public link.  

  4. Start Customizing Your Process Map 

  • Edit Swimlanes: Add or remove lanes to match your roles (Agent, Coordinator, Risk Oversight). 

  • Adjust Symbols: Drag decision diamonds, arrows, and task boxes to reflect your exact workflow.
