A form is the front door to a project. Someone outside the team fills in what you actually need — scope, dates, owner, priority — and the answer lands in the project as a task with those fields already set, instead of a message somebody has to translate at standup.

Table is the view for the person who wants every field at once: owner, status, story points, duration, billing type, due date. Add your own columns with Add a property, then filter and group. It is the same task set as every other view — change a status here and the card moves on the board.

Calendar puts the same tasks on dates. It is the view you hand to the people who don’t live in the board: marketing checking a launch week, a client seeing when their deliverable lands. Drag a task to a different day and every other view updates, because there is only ever one set of tasks underneath.

Do I need separate tools for diagrams, docs and project plans?
No. Diagrams, docs, boards, clips and published sites are one workspace sharing one set of work. Turn shapes into tasks in a click — change a status in the table and the card moves on the board.
We already use Jira and Confluence. Do we have to move everything?
No. Most teams start with one tool and leave the rest where it is. Tasks carry story points, components and an issues tab, and everything exports to SVG, PDF, Google Drive and OneDrive.
Can I bring my existing diagrams with me?
Yes. Cloudairy imports Visio files (.vsdx), and the 50,000+ icon library covers the AWS, Azure and GCP shapes your diagrams already use — so a migrated diagram still looks like the diagram.
What do I get on the free plan?
