Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Monthly billing is charged every 30 days and you can cancel anytime. You can switch between billing cycles in your account settings.
Each paid member consumes one seat at your plan's per-user price. When you add a member mid-cycle, the charge is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Removing a member frees the seat for someone else.

Free plan includes 25 credits/month, Starter gets 150/month, Business gets 500/month, and Enterprise gets 1,000/month. Credits reset monthly and unused credits don't roll over. Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No content is deleted when you change plans — restricted features simply become read-only until you meet the new plan's limits.
Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. No immediate lockout and no forced data deletion. You can resubscribe at any time. Cloudairy does not offer partial refunds for unused time, except for duplicate charges or billing errors.
