Cloudairy provides flexible options for managing your account and billing preferences. Whether you are a team of one or part of an enterprise workspace, the platform makes it simple to control user information, subscription details, and payment settings from one central dashboard.

Updating Profile and Account Settings

Your personal profile is the foundation of your Cloudairy experience. Keeping it updated ensures better collaboration and security.

1. Click your profile picture  (top-right) and select Profile .
2. On the Profile Details
   1. Update your first and last name
   2. Modify your email address
   3. Edit your workspace name (this is how others see your team)
   4. Set your industry  and role  to help personalize suggestions and templates
   5. Upload or change your profile photo
3. In the Change Password  section, update your password with a secure combination of upper and lowercase letters,numbers, and special characters.
4. Sign Out Everywhere  allows you to log out of all sessions on every device—perfect for extra security if you’ve logged in on shared computers.
5. If you no longer wish to keep your profile, use Delete My Profile  to permanently remove all your personal data and account history.

Notes:

This does not affect your workspace subscription. Active plans remain unless cancelled separately.
