Import & Export

Bring existing work into Cloudairy, and take your Cloudairy work out.

Importing

You can import diagrams and boards from other tools, including:

  • Lucidchart
  • Miro
  • Mural
  • Visio
  • Google (import from Google)

This lets you migrate existing diagrams into Cloudairy without rebuilding them from scratch.

Exporting

Export a board from the Export / Download control in the editor top bar:

FormatBest for
PNGSharing an image or embedding in a doc
PDFPrinting or attaching to a report
SVGHigh-quality vector graphics that scale
CSV / JSONExporting structured data

How do I export my diagram?

To export a diagram, open the board and use the Export / Download control in the editor top bar, then choose a format. Cloudairy exports a diagram as PNG for sharing an image or embedding it in a document, PDF for printing or attaching to a report, SVG for high quality vector graphics that scale without blurring, and CSV or JSON for exporting the underlying structured data.

If the diagram was generated by Cloudairy AI, you can also save it from the conversation's Library — open the chat, switch to Library, and use the download action on the diagram, which offers PNG, SVG, and Markdown.

Export quality depends on your plan: the Free plan produces lower resolution exports, while paid plans unlock high resolution exports.

Note: Export quality depends on your plan — the Free plan produces lower-resolution exports, while paid plans unlock high-resolution exports. See Pricing & Plans.

Tip: Use PNG or SVG to embed a board in Confluence, Notion, or a slide deck, and PDF when you need a printable copy.
