Organizing Your Work
Cloudairy gives you spaces, folders, and containers to keep boards, docs, and projects tidy.
Spaces
A space is a top-level container for related work:
- My Space — your personal space, visible only to you.
- Shared Space — a space you share with your team. Use the + next to Shared Space on Home to create one.
Folders
Inside any space, create folders to group related items. Folders can hold boards, docs, Kanban projects, and other folders — nest them however makes sense for your team.
Sites
Sites are pages published from your docs. They appear under Sites in the Docs hub and can be shared as web pages.
Finding your work
From the Home side panel, jump to:

Trash & Archived
- Trash 🔒 — deleted boards, documents, folders and files go here, so you can
restore them. Open it from Archived in the left rail.
- Archived 🔒 — archive items you want out of the way without deleting them.
Restoring a deleted board
Deleted boards are recoverable through Trash, which you reach from Archived in the left rail. Select the board you want back and restore it — restoring a folder brings back the items that were deleted with it, in one action.
Trash and restore are premium features. Whether you can recover a deleted board depends on your plan:

| Free | No. Opening Archived shows an upgrade prompt — "Trash and restore options are available exclusively on Premium plans." On Free, deleting a board is permanent, so export or duplicate anything you might want later. |
| Starter | Yes — open Archived → Trash, find the item, and restore it. |
| Business | Yes — same as Starter. |
| Enterprise | Yes — same as Starter. |
Tip: Deleted something by accident on a paid plan? Check Archived → Trash to restore it — deleting an item isn't permanent right away.
Warning: Restoring an individual board is different from deleting a whole workspace. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all of its boards and cannot be undone on any plan — see Workspaces & Teams.
